Synopsis
Claude Nori is an « happiness photographer ». He captures some moments of his life, some women he meets for a few moment or for a lifetime. Sensorial photographer, his work, such as « vacances à l’italienne » show the photographic flirt he develops with his models. As a rebel publisher, he creates the «Contrejour» editions’ in 1975 and soon became a reference with the first books of Jeanloup Sieff, Bernard Plossu, Sebastiao Salgado, The Guy Querrec, Pierre and Gilles, Luc Shocking... and the finest photographers’ classic monographs (Willy Ronis, Robert Doisneau, Edouard Boubat). This documentary portrays this thousand faces’ man.
