Synopsis
For the first time, the secrets of movie poster design and fabrication are revealed by several generations of poster artists. Some 150 of the most remarkable posters in the history of cinema and interviews with poster artists, producers, distributors, cinema managers and film directors, portray a panoramic of the history of the movie poster. In retracing this colourful story we will of course discover how the cinema industry evolved and marked the birth of the movie poster.
