The Jules Ferry Cité school in Belfort is a professional lycee no different from any other except for the fact that it is located right next to the Peugeot factory. It is where Nora, Hilal and Mathieu, currently studying for their professional baccalaureat in accountancy and secretarial skills, spend their daily lives as students. Their friend Karim has left without any graduation diplomas in his pocket to work on the assembly line of the automobile manufacturing giant. This film recounts that particular time in life when the professional working world becomes a reality associated with a stream of questions, hopes and fears. Through the destinies of these young people this film reflects upon the teaching of vocational education.
